Chris McDougall

Since 2018, Chris has been the President & CEO of CBA, the nation's largest commercial multiple listing service with over 4,500 members in the Pacific Northwest. He directs the strategic execution of the CBA Board's vision and oversees the primary platform used by the brokerage community to market properties and facilitate CRE transactions, while supporting the organization's mission of raising the standard of practice for the brokerage industry.

Additionally, he is the Association Executive for the Washington State Commercial Association of REALTORS (WSCAR), where he and the WSCAR Board actively advocate on behalf of the CRE industry on policies and legislation affecting commercial real estate stakeholders.

He has been in the CRE industry since 1995, bringing an extensive background in market research, CRE tech, data, brokerage, and development.
