Larry is concurrently Managing Director of Bellevue-based independent boutique brokerage Great Earth® Realty, specializing in Restaurant Real Estate.
A trained commercial broker, Larry is the 2021 President-Elect for CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Washington State Chapter and 2021 Vice Chair for CCIM Institute's IAC Committee. Larry earned his CCIM designation in a record time of 5 months 10 days.
Larry graduated with a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Arizona in 1997.

As a First Vice President based in Seattle, Dave Magee, SIOR, focuses on commercial investment sales in the Puget Sound region. He primarily supports private capital investors with real estate acquisitions and dispositions, working across multiple property types, including office and industrial. Dave brings his clients seasoned expertise, honed over 35 years in the industry.
Prior to joining CBRE, Dave spent three decades with Cushman & Wakefield, most recently serving as Managing Principal and market leader overseeing all Seattle/Bellevue business lines. His tenure also included 20 years as a Southend office specialist and member of the Boeing team. Dave was repeatedly named a top 10 producer at the firm, recognized for his work in tenant representation, office leasing and investment sales.
Dave’s entire career has focused on the Puget Sound region save for a three-year stint in Alaska where he brokered office, industrial and retail projects funded by a new oil pipeline. He is an active member of the greater Seattle community and a proud graduate of the University of Washington.

Before entering the real estate business he owned and operated two successful commercial businesses in the Spokane area.

Kitty is the Immediate Past President of Washington REALTORS®. She is a residential Realtor for Windemere in Kittitas County, a small rural community just over an hour East of Seattle. She specializes in residential real estate while representing a fair amount of commercial and agricultural clients. Building strong commercial relationships is vital to the economy of WA State.

Steve Francks, RCE, CAE is an innovative leader recognized for his contributions on a regional and national level and is an accomplished facilitator for associations at the national, state and local levels. He served as the 2011 NAR Association Executives Committee Chair and is a member of the Dr. Almon R. (Bud) Smith, RCE, AE Leadership Society by which NAR recognizes leading contributors to the industry and the profession
Before joining WR in 1997, Steve worked in Seattle as an attorney in a litigation-oriented practice focused on real estate. He earned his undergraduate and law degrees from UCLA.

Since 2018, Chris has been the President & CEO of CBA, the nation's largest commercial multiple listing service with over 4,500 members in the Pacific Northwest. He directs the strategic execution of the CBA Board's vision and oversees the primary platform used by the brokerage community to market properties and facilitate CRE transactions, while supporting the organization's mission of raising the standard of practice for the brokerage industry. Additionally, he is the Association Executive for the Washington State Commercial Association of REALTORS (WSCAR), where he and the WSCAR Board actively advocate on behalf of the CRE industry on policies and legislation affecting commercial real estate stakeholders.
He has been in the CRE industry since 1995, bringing an extensive background in market research, CRE tech, data, brokerage, and development.
CYNTHIA CARILLO, MBA, CSM, GREATER SEATTLE PARTNERS (GSP)

Cynthia has worked in regional economic development for more than 12 years across multiple markets internationally and in the United States. With a strong focus on sustainable community development, Cynthia approaches business attraction in partnership with a group of diverse stakeholders that include corporate CEOs, startup founders, investors, public sector leaders, as well as commercial real estate brokers and developers.
Having worked in her native Mexico, the Greater Phoenix area, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Sacramento, she is now proud and happy to call Bellevue home and represent the Greater Seattle region at GSP. Most recently she was instrumental in guiding a co-warehousing Series A startup to select a Seattle location, occupying 30,000 square feet of industrial space in a business improvement area. The company has since decided to more than double in size this same year.
Cynthia graduated from Tec de Monterrey (ITESM) in Monterrey, Mexico with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences. She holds a master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Hult International Business School.

For the past 16 years, Mary has worked within the Realtor® organization. Prior to her current tenure, Mary served as a Hearings Examiner and a sworn Officer for the Oregon Liquor Control Commission.
Currently, Mary is a lobbyist for the Washington Realtors® and represents the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors® and Commercial Brokers Association. Her lobbying works is focused on state regulatory issues and the commercial real estate industry. She also assists the Realtors® on data projects and initiatives as well as provides HR support to the organization.
Mary lives in Olympia, WA with her husband, two highly active young kids, two dogs, four fish, and a snail named Cheetah. In her off-time Mary enjoys naps … though never seems to find the time. Mary was raised in Anchorage, AK, and received her bachelors and masters degree in Oregon.

Liz has a diverse background working in multi-faceted roles with a focus on education and project management. She is the Member Services and Education Manager for Washington Realtors® and serves as the WR staff liaison to the Membership, Education, Member Benefits, and the DEI Committee. She assists with Washington Realtors® global initiatives and fosters inclusive global relationships.
